Die gesamte Elementfertigung erfolgt mithilfe der WEINMANN Linie.
Der Fertigungsprozess der Wandelemente beginnt mit der automatischen Riegelwerkerstellung mithilfe der Riegelwerkstation WEM 150. Auf das Riegelwerk wird mit Hilfe der Multifunktionsbrücke WMS zunächst die Beplankung, z.B. Gipsplatten angebracht. Danach wird das Element mit einem Arbeitstisch automatisch gewendet. Nach dem Wendevorgang wird das Isolationsmaterial eingebracht sowie die erforderlichen Elektro- und Sanitärinstallationen vorgenommen. Abschließend wird die zweite Elementseite beplankt und formatiert. Auch für diesen Prozess kommt die Multifunktionsbrücke zum Einsatz. Die Deckenelemente und Dachelemente werden auf ähnliche Art und Weise produziert.
Alle Elemente werden auf LKWs zur Baustelle transportiert.
Fertighausteile werden mit LKWs auf die Baustelle gefahren. Mit Hilfe eines Krans und einer
erfahrenen Mannschaft für den Fertighausbau wird ein Haus in einem Tag aufgestellt

The manufacturing process of the wall elements begins with the automatic production of the
bartacks using the WEM 150 tie-bar station. First the planking by means of the WMS
multifunction bridge, is applied to the bartack par example plasterboard attached.
Therafter, the element ist automatically turned with a butterfly turning table. After the
turning process, the insulation material is introduced and the necessary electrical
and plumbing installations can be made . Finally, the second element side is planked and formatted.
The multifunction bridge is also used for this process. The celing and roof elements
are produced in a similar way.
All elements are transported by trucks to the construction site.
