Modulbauweise mit der Produktionslinie der Firma Weinmann

Die gesamte Elementfertigung erfolgt mithilfe der WEINMANN Linie.

Der Fertigungsprozess der Wandelemente beginnt mit der automatischen Riegelwerkerstellung mithilfe der Riegelwerkstation WEM 150. Auf das Riegelwerk wird mit Hilfe der Multifunktionsbrücke WMS zunächst die Beplankung, z.B. Gipsplatten angebracht. Danach wird das Element mit einem Arbeitstisch automatisch gewendet. Nach dem Wendevorgang wird das Isolationsmaterial eingebracht sowie die erforderlichen Elektro- und Sanitärinstallationen vorgenommen. Abschließend wird die zweite Elementseite beplankt und formatiert. Auch für diesen Prozess kommt die Multifunktionsbrücke zum Einsatz. Die wesentlich größeren Deckenelemente werden auf ähnliche Art und Weise, mithilfe von 4 unterschiedlichen Montagetischen (WTW), produziert. Alle Elemente werden übrigens komplett im Werk fertiggestellt, d.h., es werden auch Maler-, Parkett- und Fliesenarbeiten ausgeführt. Die komplett vorgefertigten Module werden

per LKW zur Baustelle gebracht.

All element production takes place with the help of the Weinmann line.

The manufacturing process of the wall elements begins with the automatic production

of the bartacks using the WEM 150 tie-bar station. First, the planking, by means

of the WMS multifunction bridge, is applied to the bartack, par example plasterboard attached.

Therafter, the element is automatically turned with a butterfly worktable. After the turning

process,the insulation material is introduced and the necessary electrical and

plumbing installations can be made. Finally, the second element side is planked and formatted.

The multifunction bridge is also used for this process. The much larger ceiling panels

are produced in a similar manner using 4 different mounting tables (WTW).

Incidentally, all elements are completely finished in the factory, that is, painting, parquet and

tiling work . The completely prefabricated modules are brought by truck to the construction

site.

Modular construction is possible for multi family houses or offical buildings like schools,

kindergartens, medical centers or office buildings.
